OVERVIEW

This website is operated by FINALITA, a sole proprietorship registered in France under the name William Salvatico, SIRET 982 999 948 00010, VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French CGI).

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FINALITA.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1 – PRODUCTS

All products sold on this website are physical goods.

  • Carbon fiber parts are made to order
  • Merchandise may be in stock or pre-order

Due to the nature of carbon fiber manufacturing:

  • Each product may present slight variations
  • These variations do not constitute defects

Certain products may be limited in quantity.

2 – ORDER & PAYMENT

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe)
    • Bank transfer
  • All prices are in Euros (€)
  • FINALITA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order

3 – PRODUCTION TIME

Made-to-order products require a production time of 8 to 10 weeks.

This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on:

  • Production constraints
  • Order volume

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

4 – SHIPPING

  • Shipping is available within the European Union
  • International orders (outside EU) are handled case-by-case via direct contact

All shipments:

  • Are handled via transporteur
  • Require signature upon delivery
  • Are insured

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5 – DELIVERY & INSPECTION

Inspection upon delivery is mandatory.

Upon receiving your order, you must:

  • Inspect the package and product immediately
  • Report any damage within 24 hours

Claims must include:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product
  • Order details

Failure to comply will result in claim rejection.

6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • No right of withdrawal applies (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective upon delivery

Conditions:

  • Claim must be made within 24 hours
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be returned in original condition and packaging

7 – WARRANTY

FINALITA provides a 6-month limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects only

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or modification
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Normal wear

FINALITA is not responsible for:

  • Installation
  • Labor costs
  • Vehicle damage
  • Usage on road or track

Installation by a qualified professional is strongly recommended.

8 – PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

All products are sold for off-road or show use only unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Compliance with local laws
  • Vehicle homologation

FINALITA assumes no liability for improper or illegal use.

9 – LIABILITY LIMITATION

FINALITA shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of use
  • Loss of revenue
  • Installation-related issues

Use of products is at the customer’s own risk.

10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (designs, images, texts, CAD visuals) is the property of FINALITA.

Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
