SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

All carbon fiber components are made to order.

  • Production time: 8 to 10 weeks
  • This timeframe begins once full payment is received

Merchandise items:

  • Shipped from stock or pre-order depending on availability

Delays may occur due to production constraints. These do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is available within the European Union only
  • Orders outside the EU are handled upon request via email

All orders are shipped via transporteur and include:

  • Signature upon delivery (mandatory)
  • Shipping insurance

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate.

DELIVERY & INSPECTION (IMPORTANT)

All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

By accepting the package, you acknowledge that:

  • The packaging condition has been verified
  • The product has been visually inspected

In case of damage:

  • You must report it within 24 hours
  • Claims must include:
    • Clear photos of the packaging
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Order reference

Failure to comply with this procedure will result in automatic rejection of the claim.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All carbon fiber parts are made to order
  • Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code)

Returns are accepted only in the following case:

  • Product received is defective

Conditions:

  • Request must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

If a defect is confirmed:

  • The product may be:
    • Replaced, or
    • Refunded at our discretion

Refunds apply only to the defective product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused during installation
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Normal variations in carbon fiber (weave, finish, minor tolerances)
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to handcrafted production
